Reuben Doupé and Elisha Roy will discuss the issues surrounding enforcement of equitable distribution provisions, including when contempt is appropriate, the nuances of enforcing court rulings and settlement agreements and what to do if the property to be distributed is dissipated or one party fails to pay a monetary obligation.
